- PHPR 100 (Pharmacy Orientation) – Course Coordinator. Pre-pharmacy students are introduced to the pharmacy profession, to the School, and to Purdue.
- PHPR 312 (Introduction to Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care) – Instructor for pharmaceutical calculations, Examples of Pharmaceutical Care in Today’s Practice (series of invited speakers), and PHRM 301 pre-laboratory lecture presentations.
- PHRM 301 (Integrated Laboratory I) – Course Coordinator for PHPR laboratories. Laboratory exercises involve extemporaneous compounding, pharmaceutical calculations, the prescription torsion balance, interactive patient counseling technique, and introduction to diagnostic test kits.
- PHRM 302 (Integrated Laboratory II) – Course Coordinator for PHPR laboratories. Laboratory exercises build upon the information presented in PHRM 301 and also include pharmacy resources/references activities, trade product prescriptions, and a videotaping exercise involving peer/self/instructor assessment of interactive patient counseling.
- CLPH 589 (Focused Advanced Practice Clerkship Rotation) – Co-preceptor for a four-week academia/education advanced practice rotation.
- PHPR/MCMP 316 (Drug Abuse Education) - Co-Coordinator of this elective course. Students learn about chemical dependencies/ addictions and are taught and present a drug abuse education program to middle school students.
- IPPH 471 (Parenteral Products) – Instructor for pharmaceutical calculations involving intravenous fluids.
