Zyprexa Product Team - Eli Lilly

Description As a cross-functional team, the Zyprexa Product Team is dedicated to the global success of
Zyprexa. The Customer Response Team, a sub-team of the Zyprexa Product Team, is involved with numerous
activities that support the Zyprexa Product Team. These activities include (among others): responding to Regulatory
Authority questions, preparing Standby Statements and responses for Media issues, reviewing
medical/scientific/epidemiologic literature to support team initiatives and Marketing. 

Hours 40 hrs per week (may use flex time) 

Objectives 
1. Provide the student with experience in the pharmaceutical industry 
2. Provide the student with experience in providing drug information by working within the Zyprexa Product Team

3. Strengthen the student's verbal and written communication skills 
4. Augment the student's literature searching skills 

Activities 
1. Develop a familiarity with various drug information resources including the Intelligence Center, Micromedex,
Tertiary References, Ovid/Medline, Reference 
Manager, Internet Resources, and Incidence/Prevalence Database 
2. Complete special projects including a Journal Club, Monograph, and Presentation 
3. Answer requests from our customers 
4. Develop an awareness of corporate organizations and responsibilities 
5. Meet with pharmacists working in various roles at Lilly.
