Here are a few
things to check if you're having problems logging in:
- You
must CLICK the enter button above. Hitting enter on the
keyboard WILL NOT work.
- JAVA
SCRIPT must be enabled on your web browser to log in. To
enable JAVA SCRIPT in NETSCAPE, Select EDIT from the dropdown menu,
then PREFRENCES, then click the label that says ADVANCED, and make
sure the Javascript enabled checkbox is checked. For INTERNET
EXPLORER, select VIEW, then OPTIONS, then click the ADVANCED tab,
then scroll down and check the checkbox that says Java JIT compiler
enabled.
- Passwords
are case sensitive, so make sure you don't have caps lock on.
NONE OF THE PASSWORDS CONTAIN SPACES OR PUNCTUATION.
