Founded in late 2018 through a partnership with Pfizer and Bain Capital, Cerevel Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that combines a deep understanding of the biology and neurocircuitry of the brain with advanced chemistry and central nervous system receptor pharmacology to discover and develop new therapies.

The Cerevel Therapeutics and Purdue University Fellowship program is two years in duration and provides the Doctor of Pharmacy graduate with personalized training and direct experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. This fellowship program seeks to develop future leaders in the drug development industry.

Global Drug Safety

The Cerevel-Purdue Global Drug Safety (GDS) Fellowship is a two-year program that provides the Doctor of Pharmacy graduate with the relevant experiences, skills, and developmental opportunities necessary for a successful Pharmacovigilance career within the biopharmaceutical industry. The program will provide the Doctor of Pharmacy graduate with in-depth training in product safety risk assessment, characterization, and minimization/mitigation.

Global Medical Affairs

The Cerevel-Purdue Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Fellowship provides the Doctor of Pharmacy graduate with personalized training and direct experience in Global Medical Affairs. During the two-year fellowship program, the fellow will have the opportunity to explore different functional areas within Global Medical Affairs to prepare for a career in the biopharmaceutical industry. Functional opportunities include medical strategy, scientific thought leader engagement, scientific communications and publications, and medical information.
