Dear Colleagues,

Please join me to congratulate Dr. Ashley Meredith.  Part of Ashley’s clinical service at Eskenazi Health--“Eskenazi Health Hypertension Group Education Program” was selected as by a panel of experts at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as one of three programs nationally for rapid evaluation.  These programs will undergo a rapid evaluation of the program's practices to potentially control high blood pressure and prevent cardiovascular disease.  The main goal of the rapid evaluation is to identify and highlight the key components and outcomes of your program as a potential model for reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.  Ashley has been a key member of the clinical team developing and implementing the program as well as collecting outcomes data about this service.   Congratulations Ashley!
