Past Residents

Brian Heckman, PharmD (2011-12) - After residency, Brian accepted a position as a staff pharmacist with Target in South Bend, IN. In 2014, he transitioned to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center as a staff pharmacist.

Lynn Fletcher, PharmD, BC-ADM (2012-13) - After residency, Lynn stayed on with Fagen Pharmacy as a pharmacy manager and clinical pharmacist. She developed and ran our diabetes self-management education program and hospital readmission prevention program and introduced us to the world of pharmacogenetics. In 2015, she accepted a position as a clinical pharmacist with HealthLinc in Valparaiso to build pharmacy services in the clinic.

Lindsey Angelotti (Andres), PharmD (2013-14) - Lindsey and her husband have entered into a junior partnership with the owners of Westfield Pharmacy in Indianapolis. She will be running one of their two pharmacies and developing clinical services.

Whitney Thornton (Tooley), PharmD (2014-15) - Whitney stayed on with Fagen Pharmacy to serve as a staff/clinical pharmacist. She is the MTM coordinator for the chain and assists with the diabetes self-management education program.

Monét Stanford, PharmD (2015-16) - Monét is now completing a fellowship with the National Association of Chain Drug Stores. Her primary role with NACDS is to execute initiatives that explore new models of integrated healthcare delivery and enhanced patient care services provided by community pharmacists. She also serves as stakeholder representative across several sectors including the AMA, FDA, and CDC.

William Sahy, PharmD (2016-17) - Will stayed on with Fagen Pharmacy to serve as a staff/clinical pharmacist. He is the chain coordinator for MTM and continues to assist with the diabetes self-management education program. He also is involved in coordinating our employee wellness initiatives.
