Dear Colleagues,
Please join me to congratulate Dr. Brian Overholser. Brain recently received a Fulbright Scholar award from the J. William Fulbright Scholarship Board. The Fulbright Program is devoted to increasing mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. Fulbright is the world’s largest and most diverse international educational exchange program. Fulbright alumni have become heads of state, judges, ambassadors, cabinet ministers, CEOs, and university presidents, as well as leading journalists, artists, scientists, and teachers. They include 60 Nobel Laureates, 86 Pulitzer Prize winners, and 74 MacArthur Fellows. Brian’s award will support his scientific collaboration with colleagues in Spain as part of his forthcoming sabbatical this Fall. Congratulations Brian!
