Lizzie Riley, PharmD

  • Hometown: Indianapolis, IN
  • College: Purdue University College of Pharmacy
  • Why Walgreens/Purdue: I heard nothing but good things about the preceptors and mentors at the Walgreens Co.| Purdue University PGY1 Community Based Residency. This was the initial draw to this program, but as I learned more about the program, it was easy to see that I could explore all my interests. The preceptors make every effort to tailor your learning experiences and help you succeed.
  • Research Interests: community pharmacy advancement, substance use disorders, public health
  • Career Interests: A mix of community pharmacy, academia, and working with the local health department
  • What I enjoy about Indianapolis: I enjoy being close to friends and family in the area. My fiancé and I also enjoy walking the trails at Eagle Creek Park and taking my paddle board out on the reservoir.
  • Hobbies: board games, obsessing over my 2 cats, watching sitcoms
